Ana Gonzales bio
Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson comes from a family with a strong musical background. Her early years were shaped by Boleros, classical music and the more traditional romantic, ranchero, as well as romantic ballads. Ana has a passion for Tangos, opera, and every form of dramatic performances. Ana began to learn how to play and sing at an early age with her mother. The formal singing instruction at the age of 16 old under the famous Mexican Tenor Flavio BECARRA. Music lessons continued throughout the School of Music of Guadalajara University. In the following years, she was a student at The School of Sacred Music of Toluca. In Guadalajara and Mexico City, she was an active member of numerous opera ensembles as well as chamber groups. Following her move in America in the year 2000, she joined the United States in 2000, she joined the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before moving to her present place in the southern part of California. She sings with Ensemble XXI Redlands, and performs Latin American traditional music solo for many private functions. As a musician and teacher Ana is a dedicated participant in various community-based projects due to her enthusiasm and passion for music. Ana has also been an active member of the Community Chorus of Redlands as well as members of the Inland Master Chorale and Performance Loft. Ana appreciates being able to share her love and love for the traditional Latin American songs with others and, in the process hopes to inspire a passion, especially among younger generations in order to keep the music alive and alive.Viva Mexico!
